The property you are renting is equipped to meet your needs during your vacation. You will find furniture, bedding, dishes, bed linen, and towels.
\nUpon your arrival at the accommodation, you can carry out an inventory and report any defects (cleanliness, damaged equipment, etc.) within 24 hours.<\/p>\n
On the day of your arrival, the rental will be available from 4:00 PM. You will receive an email 7 days before your arrival with all the relevant information. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know in advance. On the day of departure, you must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 AM. <\/p>\n
We are renting our property to you for the exact number of guests specified in the rental agreement. If you wish to have visitors during your stay, please request our prior approval. The total number of occupants must not exceed a maximum of 6 people. <\/p>\n
Please keep noise to a minimum at night (between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM) to avoid disturbing the neighbors. <\/p>\n
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed in our vacation rental. Commercial shoots and other professional uses are strictly prohibited on the property. <\/p>\n
Throughout the stay, the tenant must respect the premises. They must use the equipment responsibly and maintain the accommodation to return it in good overall condition upon departure. Kitchen utensils, oil, spices, and cleaning products are at your full disposal during your stay. You are not allowed to move the furniture. The wifi password providing internet access is confidential information. Please do not share it with anyone outside the group of travelers. In case of an accident or damage, it is your responsibility to inform the owners before your departure. <\/p>\n
As hosts, we cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage to the accommodation if it is not properly locked (windows + front door). Similarly, do not leave household or electrical appliances on when you are away. The house is equipped with smoke detectors. Please do not leave young children unsupervised in the accommodation. Non-smoking accommodation Villa Mysha is a non-smoking space. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. An ashtray is available outside the property. Please do not leave cigarette butts in the garden or on the terrace. <\/p>\n
Pets are not allowed in our accommodation. <\/p>\n
A recycling bin is available in the kitchen to help you sort your daily waste. To take the bins out, the collection point is located further down Chemin de la Rivi\u00e8re. <\/p>\n
Like other equipment, the barbecue must be cleaned after use. <\/p>\n
The swimming pool is available every day and is heated. In accordance with French regulations, access to the pool is secured (anti-drowning rolling cover). Swimming is not supervised; tenants are responsible for their own safety and that of children. As owners, we cannot be held liable for any accidents occurring while using the pool. <\/p>\n

In the event of non-compliance with the house rules by the tenant, the owners reserve the right to apply appropriate sanctions: Termination of the rental agreement with loss of the security deposit. You will be required to vacate the premises before the agreed departure date due to early termination of the stay. In case of damage or breakage, the items must be replaced identically or reimbursed to the owner using the security deposit. The tenant may also use their home insurance policy (with vacation extension) in case of major damage noted during the final inspection.
